The venue was fairly clean and the staff were efficient. I loved having a refrigerator, an air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Useful base for exploring Rochester.

We liked this place, everything was excellent. The staff were helpful and the pool area was clean. The restaurant onsite was nice, it served fresh dishes.

Thank you for the really enjoyable stay, no complains at all. I have just spent 1 day in studio suite and I loved it. Nice lobby. Found in the quiet area near to many restaurants, a nice area.

Top location, savoury breakfast with plenty of food. I loved the bay view from my king room. Sweet staff, was quick to help all the time. Fantastic customer service provided too.
Facilities were perfect, even so Wi-Fi was weak.

We had a very nice stay at this beautifully kept and contemporary hotel. The breakfast was fine, the staff was accommodating, free wi-fi. Everything was great during our stay even so disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Perfect location and impeccably clean place, I loved affable staff. There was lots of food that was freshly made. The easy check-in too. There were fast internet and ample parking available. The hotel was nice little, but I stayed for 2 nights only.
